Although Umbridge is a truly despicable villain, you can't argue that she's got an iconic aesthetic that's instantly recognizable. That's what makes her a favorite of cosplayers and Potter bounders.
In fact, Shannon's wife, Becky (the sweetest woman on the planet), regularly cosplays Umbridge. When I picture Umbridge, I don't think of the canonical character at all- I think of all the fabulous cosplayers I know.

2 oz Tequila Rose
1 oz Malibu Coconut rum
1 oz butterscotch schnapps
Optional: Garnish with maraschino cherries and pink sugar rim
